Data that is transmitted to us voluntarily
When you register, fill out a form to order a trip or change your account information, Vogue Voyage collects personal information about you which you agree to communicate to us.
Personal information includes in this case the email address and password, as well as information about the user and his/her favorite passengers, in this case, surnames, first names, citizenships, dates of birth, telephone numbers, postal and electronic addresses, number of passport and expiry date, as well as any opinions left on the Site and Applications after a trip.
When you transmit your credit card information to us, we offer to record the data to facilitate any further transactions carried out on the Site or Applications. If the customer agrees, only the credit card expiration date and a bank transaction identifier are stored. This information can be used for further payment, via our secure payment platform.
The data is transmitted to us via Facebook if the user has expressly consented to the association of his Vogue Voyage member account with any other Facebook account, when registering on the Site via Facebook Connect.
Navigation
When the user browses the Site or Applications, Vogue Voyage collects information connected to the browsing session. The browsing history on the Site or Applications is thus collected: pages visited, searches carried out, reservations, request for a quote, opening of the Vogue Voyage newsletter and clicks on offers.
When the user browses the Site or Applications, Vogue Voyage associates a unique identifier with the user's devices and collects information connected to the browser or operating system used (Apple or Android), as well as its version.

The personal data collected concerning the user are subject to computer processing for the following purposes:
Processing of orders: when users have placed an order on the Site or in an Application, the personal data essential for the processing of the order are communicated to the Vogue Voyage service providers, concerning the user's stay (hoteliers, companies, tours operators, receptive, etc.). Personalization of the user experience
Thanks to the analysis of navigation data and any indications entered by the user on the Site and Applications, we send personalized emails or advertising messages regarding the Vogue Voyage services, to propose trips more relevant to the user's searches, and related to the proposed functions on the Site (alarms, sales openings). On the Applications, we may also send notifications to you, if you have previously expressed your acceptance.
The study of the data connected to the user's use of the Site allows us to improve the service offered when the user browses the Site: thanks to these analyses, we can offer him offers that seem more relevant to us, taking into account his experience.
Statistical analysis
The booking data is used to carry out statistical analyzes that allow us to drive Vogue Voyage's commercial activity.
Data sharing
The user's data is shared with the suppliers interested in the order, for the correct execution of the same.
In this context, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. If you book a stay in a destination outside the EEA, the data necessary to process your booking will be passed on to our suppliers.
Some countries may provide a lower level of protection for personal data than that guaranteed in Europe. In such a case, Vogue Voyage undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure that personal data is protected and processed by our suppliers in accordance with EEA law, in particular through the application of standard contractual data protection clauses approved by the Commission European Union or contractual clauses previously authorized by the competent supervisory authorities.
On the other hand, and to implement the personalization of the user experience, we collaborate with providers to whom we delegate the sending of communications or the collection and processing of data so that they are analyzed and allow us to improve our offer of services or to personalize our communications. In this context, we only transmit to them the data necessary and sufficient for the execution of their task. Furthermore, our providers are contractually committed to ensuring that the personal data received is processed only within the defined scope and in compliance with the law.
For targeting purposes by Vogue Voyage, we may also transmit some user data to partners or advertising platforms, in this case the products that the user has looked at on our site, the elements relating to the user's quotes or orders ( in this case, the destination, the departure date, the number of passengers), the unique identifier of the mobile phone and the operating system and in some cases the email address encoded in a highly secure format.
If you have expressly agreed to receive offers from our partners, your email address and/or registration information may be passed on to them for customer research purposes. Vogue Voyage is committed to sending an unsubscribe link in all communications from its partners, to give the user the freedom to stop mailings at any time. The user also has the option of no longer receiving any offers from Vogue Voyage partners in his member account, "Registrations" section.
Data retention
The personal data that the user communicates to us and relating to his member account, his reservations, as well as his navigation data are kept for a period of 10 years starting from the last activity on the Site or from the end date of the last voyage.
After this deadline, the member's account will be automatically deactivated and the user will have to create a new one if he wants to use our services.

Deleting your account
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679, the user has the right to request access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing carried out, and may also object to the processing and portability of your data. The user can also lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, the supervisory authority in Italy.
